Lead Executive Business Partner

• Act as a trusted partner to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), supporting leadership priorities, decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Administrative and/or Executive Business Partners, driving performance, capability development, and career progression.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, process improvements, and change initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery.

• Proven people leadership experience, including team development and performance management
• Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills, with high levels of discretion and attention to detail
• No less than 5 years' experience in executive support, business operations or leadership partnering roles, ideally within a complex, multinational organisation
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, judgement and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Experience in operational governance, project management, change management and continuous improvement
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at senior leadership level
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and ability to leverage emerging technologies, including GenAI, to improve productivity and ways of working
