Role Overview

This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period while monitoring maternal and fetal well-being. The Labor and Delivery RN assesses patient needs, administers medications and treatments, supports the childbirth process, and collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team to promote safe, quality care.

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience required.
• Flu Vaccine Required - No Exemptions.
• 1 year of EPIC experience is required.
• Previous Charge Experience preferred.
• Teaching Hospital Experience preferred.
• Community Hospital Experience preferred.

Certificates Required

ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, Lactation, NRP, STABLE.
