What You’ll Do 🌱 Provide positive role modeling and teach appropriate life skills to residents.

Conduct direct observation rounds during assigned shifts and document patient behavior.

Support daily living skills through task assignment, coaching, and supervision.

Lead or assist with individual and group activities and programs.

Orient patients to the unit and assist with the discharge process.

Use verbal de-escalation skills when a resident is agitated.

Accompany patients to meals, recreation, education activities, and unit-based programming.

Help maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.

What We’re Looking For 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

At least one year of experience in a children’s services program or residential setting, or completion of two years of college coursework in social sciences.

Valid state driver’s license required.

Ability to successfully complete CPR and Crisis Prevention Intervention training during New Hire Orientation.

Schedule

Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available.
