Schedule:
6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Production Operator to perform hands-on assembly and production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, follows instructions, and works well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and presses.
Follow work instructions to ensure quality and production standards.
Inspect parts and finished products for accuracy and quality.
Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Assist with training and cross-training team members as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus; entry-level candidates are welcome.
Ability to read and follow basic written and verbal instructions.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
Ability to lift and carry up to 90 lbs.
Reliable attendance and a strong team-oriented work ethic.
