Pharmacy Delivery Driver

Grace Health is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Pharmacy Delivery & Support Associate to support daily pharmacy operations and provide friendly, reliable service to our patients. This role combines prescription delivery, customer service, cashiering, and inventory support in a patient-centered healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Safely deliver prescriptions and approved medical supplies to patients, obtaining required signatures and payments.
Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients and visitors.
Process transactions, assist with prescription pickup, and manage returns according to pharmacy policies.
Organize prescriptions in the will-call system and maintain accurate placement.
Assist with inventory by stocking over-the-counter items and removing expired medications.
Maintain a clean, professional delivery vehicle and report any maintenance concerns.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and ability to safely travel for deliveries.
Ability to walk outdoors in various weather conditions and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
