Your Responsibilities

Make a Difference:

• As a Mental Health and Substance Use Treatment Services Provider, you'll play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care to our clients.

Your responsibilities include

Conducting initial assessments and treatment planning.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and coordinating care.

Maintaining accurate documentation and meeting productivity benchmarks.

Providing services in both English and Spanish to ensure accessibility for all.

Qualifications

That Set You Up for Success: 🎓 Master's in Social Work or equivalent field with relevant licensure/certification.

Two years' experience in mental health, preferably in an urban setting.

Knowledge of psychiatric disorders, treatment modalities, and community resources.

Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, fostering a warm and inclusive therapeutic atmosphere.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000 Vacation & Benefits: Vacation: As a full-time employee working generally 35 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the Family Connections group benefit plans.

Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, long term disability, retirement plans, and additional supplementary benefits. Yes, you can elect to not enroll into these benefits. You will also be eligible to accrue vacation, personal, and sick days in addition to 12 paid holidays, and summer wellness Fridays.
