Position Details Location

Leonia, NJ, and surrounding areas within approximately 15 miles Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Hours: 10 hours per day, 50 hours per week Start Date: ASAP Language Requirement:

Fluent in both English and Spanish Client Assignment:

One-on-one home care for a couple Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping as needed Support clients with mobility and daily routines Communicate effectively with clients and their family members in English and Spanish Follow the individualized care plan and maintain clients’ comfort, safety, and dignity Report changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate care team Qualifications Active New Jersey HHA certification Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional Ability to work the scheduled hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Reliable transportation to and from the client’s home preferred Authorization to work in the United States Why Join Affirmed Home Care?
