Responsibilities
Follow up with warm leads and prospective clients
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life and health insurance solutions
Explain policy options, coverage, and benefits clearly and professionally
Complete applications and guide clients through the enrollment process
Maintain strong client relationships and provide quality customer service
Meet individual sales goals and maintain consistent follow-up activities
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
Use CRM systems and virtual meeting platforms effectively
Qualifications
Required
Active Life & Health Insurance License
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
Comfortable using technology, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting tools
Preferred
Previous insurance sales experience
Proven sales or customer service experience
Experience with life, health, or final expense insurance products
Compensation
Commission-based compensation
Monthly and performance-based bonuses
Additional earning opportunities based on sales performance
Potential annual earnings of
$80,000–$200,000+
