Compensation

Base pay + uncapped commission On-Target Earnings: $50,000 – $90,000+ Bi-Weekly pay Bonuses and incentives available What You’ll Do Speak with homeowners about Hansons Home Improvement services Educate customers on available solutions Help homeowners select the right product Generate leads, Close sales, and schedule installations Requirements Strong communication skills Motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods Reliable transportation and valid drivers license No prior sales experience required. Training provided.
