Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the setup and ongoing operation of rental assets placed at customer locations within the Rental/Day-to-Day branch. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, the role coordinates the mobilization, installation, servicing, and demobilization of modular units, generators, HVAC/MEP equipment, tanks, trailers, and related support equipment across multiple locations.

The Logistics Coordinator manages vendor and customer coordination, work orders, asset documentation, invoicing support, and budget tracking to help ensure placed assets remain operational, properly documented, and billable throughout the rental period.
