Virtual Secondary Math Tutors

Framework is now hiring certified Secondary Math Tutors with Daytime availability!
Framework is seeking certified, experienced, and creative educators to provide engaging, high-quality virtual tutoring to a diverse group of
high school students covering various math subjects.
Tutors will work with small groups or one-on-one, delivering instruction using provided curriculum and interactive slide decks. Sessions range from 15 minute to 60 minute sessions on a safe and secure online platform.
Position Details
Schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, weekly from 9:00am-3:00pm PM EST
Focus:
Grade 9 - Algebra 1
Employment Type:
W-2, part-time
(no guaranteed minimum hours)
Pay:
$30/hour for tutoring, $20/hour for admin/prep time
Location:
Remote - must reside and work in the U.S.
Who:
A legal U.S. resident who is certified in
Secondary Math (Grades 9 and above)

Responsibilities
Deliver live, virtual tutoring to students in 1:1 and small group settings
Create a safe, fun, and interactive virtual classroom
Use provided curriculum to engage students in interactive, goal-focused learning
Adapt instruction to meet each student’s needs
Administer provided assessments as scheduled
Maintain professional communication with the Framework Tutor Operations Team
Requirements
Current, valid U.S. teaching license in Secondary Math
(expired licenses not accepted)
Spanish Speaking/Bilingual a plus
Additional SpEd or ESL Certification a plus
Available Tuesdays and Thursdays, weekly from 9:00am-3:00pm PM EST
Reliable computer with mic and camera, stable internet, and quiet workspace
Ability to pass a federal background check (may include fingerprinting)
Comfort using online teaching tools and platforms
Prior online tutoring experience preferred
