What You Bring
Experience working at a healthcare company, plus meaningful ownership in strategy, BizOps, finance, product, or operations.
Hands-on analytical depth: SQL/Python, workflow automation, or advanced financial modeling and investment analysis.
A record of delivering cross-functional work and earning greater responsibility.
Strong academic credentials, including a completed bachelor's degree.
Clear writing and the ability to turn a messy problem into a practical recommendation.
Standout Signals
An MBA, MHA, technical master's, CFA charter, or comparable advanced credential.
Something useful you've built with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor agents, or similar coding tools.
Experience with a scaling healthcare business, health plans, Medicare/Medicaid, or value-based care.
