Account Manager Away From Home/B2B

Willems Bakeries is looking to strengthen the sales team with an Account Manager, specializing in Out of Home (OOH) and Business to Business (B²B), in order to continue their growth path. We are specialized in private label brands with a focus on Speculoos, Spread, Waffles & Pastries internationally. You take on the responsibility for delivering the yearly and long term profitable sales growth of your international private label customers by managing a network of commercial partners globally.

Developing new business opportunities and broadening the client base is also part of this role. You develop and implement a strong OOH/B2B plan aligned with our Customer Brand Business (CBB) strategy, and creating an annual action plan tailored to meet your customers' needs. You can count on the expertise and guidance of the Sales Director.

Establishing robust, commercial, and sustainable relationships with OOH partners and B2B partners on an international scale, you build and maintain a powerful network within the market. In this role, you manage relationships and contracts, steering towards our commercial objectives while making smart decisions regarding budget and resources. Analyzing and translating market data, you gain market insights and deliver solid sales forecasts.

Acting as a trusted advisor to our Sales Services Manager, you also oversee administrative, logistical, and financial tasks. Do you recognize yourself in this profile? Then we look forward to meeting you!

You have a Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG. You are eager to immerse yourself in the world of private label brands, driven by results and committed to quality and timeliness. You bring strong analytical skills, proactive thinking, and a hands-on mentality, all while being a true team player.

Your excellent communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. You are excited about working in an international context and are flexible for occasional travel. Fluency in English and Dutch is a must.

French is a strong advantage. You are proficient in MS Office, knowledge of SAP is a valuable plus.
