Senior Specialist, Implementation Engineering

As a Senior Specialist in Implementation Engineering, you will provide technical support to merchants during their implementation of payment processing technology, manage incidents related to integration, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. You should have at least 5 years of development or technical support experience in a tech/fintech company, strong coding skills in at least one programming language, and excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
