Import / Export / Customer Service, Aftermarket

Your Contribution Daily hands-on import and export operations Communication and coordination with customers, internal departments, warehouses, freight forwarders, logistics partners (3PL) Order processing and management Support customers, including order follow-up and issue resolution Inventory and shipment monitoring Data handling and report creation utilizing Excel SAP transaction processing and master data maintenance Your Experience & Qulifications University bachelor’s degree or above 4+ years experience in hands-on daily import / export / customer-facing operations is mandatory Automotive, Automotive After Parts / Aftermarket knowledge is a big plus Experience in SAP is a big plus Business level in both Japanese and English language skills Our offering; We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with personal & career development opportunities.We encourage you to apply if it feels like a good fit for you or to review our other openings.
