Versterk team Customer Handling van KBC en zorg mee voor performante, klantgerichte oplossingen rond klantenbeheer . Customer Handling is een breed domein, gaande van de onboarding van nieuwe klanten , over het voldoen aan de wettelijke vereisten (KYC risicoberekening en AML updates), over KBC verlaten (inclusief nalatenschappen ) alsook wettelijke rapporteringen . Dit zijn cruciale processen waar klantbeleving, compliance en operationele efficiëntie samenkomen.
