At De L'Europe Amsterdam, hospitality is key. Our hotel combines classic elegance with the dynamism of the city and offers guests a warm and professional welcome. During your Front Office internship, you will be part of an enthusiastic team and involved in the daily rituals of the reception.

You will assist with guest check-in and check-out, answer questions, and contribute to a smooth and pleasant guest journey from arrival to departure.

What You Will Do

• As a Guest Service Agent Trainee, you will support the Front Office team in delivering five-star luxury service.
• You will play an active role in welcoming guests, assisting with complaint handling, and contributing to improved LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) and Forbes Travel Guide scores.

For this internship you must be enrolled in a study program for which the internship is a required component | Motivated to gain experience and learn in the chosen department | Willing to work effectively in a dynamic environment | Attention to detail and precision in task execution | Positive and dynamic team player | Good communication skills to collaborate with the team and management | Ability to maintain a positive attitude | Striving to get the most out of your internship.
