Job Description

As a CNC Operator at NTS Eindhoven, you work independently on our modern 3-axis CNC milling machines in an advanced production environment. You contribute to the manufacturing of complex and high-quality components for the high-tech industry, with a constant focus on precision, quality, and reliability.

Your responsibilities also include

Operating 3-axis CNC milling machines in an automated environment; Changing tools and checking settings; Performing measurements and quality controls based on technical drawings; Identifying deviations and communicating with the foreman or programmer; Actively contributing to a safe, tidy, and efficient workplace.

Requirements

• Completed vocational education in metal technology or machining; Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator (Milling); You can read technical drawings and work with measuring tools; You are accurate, eager to learn, and have an eye for quality; You speak at least Dutch fluently, as our drawings, work instructions, and communication language are in Dutch; You enjoy working in a high-tech production environment.

In this challenge, we offer the following benefits:

• Salary ranging from €3,200 to €3,800 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications; Over 40 days off: 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days with a full-time position; Personal development and growth opportunities, for example through training and courses; Yearly budget of €150 to spend freely, including for vitality, bike plan, or gym via the Alleo app; Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer (max.
