Client Solutions Associate (February 2027)

• Establish and maintain deep client relationships by developing client-focused processes and solutions, promoting high user adoption, and ensuring smooth user onboarding.
• Gather intelligent product feedback and act as an advocate on behalf of the client to Product Development, providing insights to improve products and services.
• Plan and lead product trainings in client offices and at training seminars, ensuring clients are well-informed and able to utilize FactSet products effectively.

• Client Solutions Associates have a strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech, client centric mindset, and desire to collaborate across teams to create unique and innovative solutions
• Proficiency at learning and using new technology
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in English (must have)
• Experience or desire to be client facing in a support role
• Master's degree conferred by January 2027
• Fluency in Dutch is an advantage
• Ability to build relationships and work on teams
