Thermal Mechanical Engineering Manager

Preferred qualifications Master’s or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Sciences, Fluid Mechanics, Materials Engineering, or related field. Experience with liquid cooling for GPUs, CPUs, AI accelerators, HBM, rack-scale servers, or hyperscale/cloud data centers. Knowledge of data center thermal guidelines, liquid-cooled server deployment, customer qualification, or direct-to-chip cooling standards. Experience with advanced cooling technologies, leak testing, automated inspection, supplier management, quality systems, PMP, or Six Sigma.
