Quality Engineer

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and disassembly and competent with hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, hand drill etc.) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, quality control / inspection plans, and product specifications Knowledge of various manufacturing processes including CNC machining, injection molding, extruding, welding, additive manufacturing, surface treatment, etc. Working knowledge of 3D modeling and design software such as Solidworks Experience in using bench tools (oscilloscope, power analyzer, logic analyzer, multimer, etc.) Experience in using basic metrology equipment (microscopes, calipers, micrometers, other mechanical gauges) Experience in root-causing product failures, 8D reporting, as well as developing corrective, and preventative actions recommendations
