Director - Compliance

The Compliance Director will be responsible to oversee the compliance program Hines Japan, which includes two registered licenses (Investment Advisory & Agent & Type II FIBO) under the Japan Financial Services Authority (FSA) and two registered associations (Investment Management Association of Japan & Type II Financial Instruments Firms Association) thereafter ensuring a comprehensive compliance program is maintained in accordance with the FSA regulatory framework, predominantly the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA).

The Director will report to the Head of Compliance Europe and Asia Pacific (based in London). The Director will work closely with leadership of Hines Japan Real Estate GK (“Hines Japan”).
