Tasks We are a Chinese, Japanese, and Korean street food restaurant, Magoya B.V. , and we are looking for a passionate Independent Chef I to strengthen our kitchen team. Do you have a passion for cooking and do you enjoy working in a dynamic kitchen environment? Then you are a perfect fit for us!

You will assist in preparing dishes and work closely with our kitchen team. You are able to work both independently and as part of a team, and you take responsibility for maintaining a clean and well-organized kitchen. Our restaurant is located at Stoeldraaierstraat 56, 9712 BX Groningen .

Your Responsibilities

• Selecting and preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.) Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as needed.
• Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.
• Supervising the work of kitchen assistants and making corrections where necessary.
• Keeping track of stock levels, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries.
• Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
• Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues.

Providing input regarding the composition and adjustments of menus, the menu list, and working methods What We Offer You:
