Partner Sales Manager M/F

As a Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and activating a network of partners to drive commercial growth in your assigned area. You will communicate daily in both Dutch and French, making fluency in both languages essential for success in this role.

• Ontwikkelen en implementeren van de indirecte verkoopstrategie binnen de toegewezen regio.
• Werven, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van nieuwe strategische partners om de commerciële groei te stimuleren.
• Fungeren als primair aanspreekpunt voor partners en hun leidinggevenden, en ondersteunen bij het identificeren, kwalificeren en converteren van kansen.

Vereiste competenties en kwaliteiten
Minimaal Bachelor niveau (Bac +2)

Aantoonbare ervaring in de verkoop van digitale oplossingen

Sterke kennis van het businessmodel van software‑uitgevers en integratoren

Interesse in technische producten en uitstekende kennis van de relevante markten

Communicatief sterk, overtuigend, teamgericht

Taalvereiste: perfecte beheersing van Nederlands én Frans (mondeling en schriftelijk)
→ Tweetaligheid is essentieel voor succes in deze functie.

Goede beheersing van MS Office

Ervaring met business planning (marketingplan, businessplan, accountplan)

Autonomie, charisma, energie, teamspirit, initiatief, servicegerichtheid, pragmatisme, nauwkeurigheid en luistervaardigheid
