Enjoy a supportive community, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth. - Conduire des décisions de rédaction et aider à l'échelle des parcours de destination en haut de l'entonnoir, en travaillant avec des équipes de produit et d'ingénierie hautement itératives. - Collaborer étroitement avec les chefs de produit, les spécialistes du marketing et les designers UX pour créer des produits utilisés par des millions de voyageurs. - Utiliser des données qualitatives et quantitatives, ainsi que des indicateurs commerciaux clés, pour mesurer l'impact de votre travail et transformer ces informations en nouvelles itérations. - You thrive on feedback, responding with creative thinking and iterations - You’re self-driven and take ownership of your ideas to solve challenging problems in an evolving environment - You are technically savvy, with an understanding of experimentation and deriving data and insights from quantitative and qualitative research - You have a minimum 3 years relevant experience in UX Writing – this includes past experience working in e-commerce or data-driven product teams - You’re a passionate advocate for users, dedicated to the craft of writing and creating elegant user experiences - You have experience working on AI topics including prompting, quality assessment - You are a strong communicator with an eye for detail - You are able to prioritise multiple projects and stakeholders - You have a can-do attitude and work well independently and in a team - You have a native level fluency in English - You enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds, cultures and disciplines - You write copy that is intuitive, futureproof and scalable - You have a portfolio that demonstrates your UX writing experience
