Founding Account Executive (BNLX, Belgium Market)

Join OpenUp as a Founding Account Executive for the Belgian market. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from market exploration to contract negotiation. You will have a significant impact on our strategy and positioning in Belgium, and you will work closely with various teams to achieve success. You will also build our network of B2B partnerships and be the face of OpenUp in Belgium.

• You thrive in a fast-paced, build-it-yourself environment and are a great team player
• You're from Belgium and know the market from the inside. You're based in (or happy to be based in) Belgium(Remote) or Amsterdam(Hybrid)
• Approaching people comes naturally to you. You're a real networker with, or the ability to build, a strong network, ideally within HR
• You have at least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, HR platforms, or a high-growth startup/scale-up environment
• You are fluent in Dutch and French and speak great English
• You have an academic working and thinking level and you are action-oriented
