Join MSX International, a leading global provider of automotive support services. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing incentive programs, supporting dealers, and providing insights for successful commercial campaigns. You will work closely with various departments and dealer partners to ensure the effective execution and monitoring of incentive campaigns.

• Verwerken van incentiveclaims en betalingsbatches, zowel handmatig als via het Incentive Management System (IMS2).
• Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor dealers met betrekking tot incentivegerelateerde vragen en ondersteuning.
• Opstellen van rapportages, analyses en monitoringsoverzichten ter ondersteuning van incentivebetalingen en campagneprestaties.

Must-haves

• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en ervaring met rapportages en data-analyse.
• Goede kennis van Excel en andere analyse- of rapportagetools.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met stakeholdermanagement.
• Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken.
• Proactieve instelling en focus op continue verbetering.

Pré

• Ervaring binnen de automotive sector.
• Ervaring met dealerorganisaties of retailnetwerken.
• Kennis van incentive management systemen, CRM-systemen of sales support processen.
• Ervaring met financiële controles, audits of campagnebeheer.
