Job Description

Join Nexans, a global leader in electrification, as an HR Generalist. In this role, you will support the HR Manager in the operational and strategic management of the HR department. Your responsibilities will include skills development, talent development, recruitment and onboarding, absenteeism management, leading cross-functional HR and transformation projects, and reporting and analyzing HR data. You should have a master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, at least 8 years of experience in a generalist HR role, and fluency in French.

  • Coordination and leadership of HR and cross-functional projects that contribute to transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Participation in recruitment processes and management of absenteeism.
  • Skills development, talent development, and succession planning.
