Event Intern

As our Event Intern, you will support the planning and delivery of WWF's events, from donor gatherings to public engagement events, helping us bring people together around our mission to protect nature. This is a
part-time internship (3 days/week) running from January to June

Deep dive into the role
Assist in the planning, coordination and logistics of internal and external events
Support the promotion of events across our communication channels
Manage guest lists, registrations and on-site tasks on event days
Liaise with suppliers, venues and partners
Write our internal newsletter

You will be working closely with our Communications and Public engagement colleagues

You're

You are looking for an internship linked to your University/School (Communications, event management, ..)
You're
organised and detail-oriented

You are

You demonstrate
initiative and curiosity
, proactively seeking opportunities to learn, contribute, and improve
You are fluent in
French or Dutch
and have working knowledge of
English
