- Lead to track the spending actual and report in the weekly and monthly.
- Conscious to the cost spent, and lead the cost saving initiatives.
- Support facility and engineering activities including maintenance, repair work, inspections, and vendor management for buildings, utilities, and site infrastructure.
- Serve as a reliable coordination point for facility-related issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
- Support the planning and execution of facility modifications, equipment upgrades, and workplace improvement initiatives.
- Ensure that all facility-related activities are properly communicated, tracked, and aligned with both operational needs and safety requirements.
- 3. Collaboration & Leadership Behaviours Demonstrate our leadership behaviours and contribute as a reliable, hands-on partner within a cross-functional supply chain environment.
- Engage at the Gemba level to develop a thorough understanding of on-site conditions, proactively identify risks, and drive practical, sustainable improvements.
- Build effective working relationships with local and global stakeholders to align priorities and support facility-related projects and initiatives.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, integrity, and proactive problem-solving within operational teams, in line with our leadership principles.
Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of professional experience in EHS, facility engineering, facility management, warehouse operations, or a related operational environment.
- Demonstrated experience in safety KPI management, near-miss reporting processes, and risk assessment development.
- Proven ability to prepare and present materials to global stakeholders in a professional business setting.
- Hands-on experience in facility coordination, vendor management, maintenance follow-up, or engineering support roles.
- Core Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions in both domestic and international contexts.
- Native or business-level Japanese proficiency; business-level English proficiency required for communication within global teams.
