Operating within the Vestas Northern & Central Europe North and West business unit, we focus exclusively on selling, constructing, and operating onshore wind power plants. The Sub. Supplier management team is responsible for the subcontractor hiring, operational and administration needs to ensure service and maintenance of our customers' wind power plants in all of the markets.

Together with our colleagues throughout Vestas, we handle some of the largest operational projects, for some of the most complex customers in Europe. We act as a regional partner, with the objective of making all needed activities in administration, ordering, onboarding, governance, and supporting sub-suppliers in their core business, thereby supporting the regional organization. Region NCE & Global Offshore > SBU NCE Service > Sub supplier Management Supervisors Responsibilities: Supporting Vestas dispatchers and subcontractors in the short and long term planning of scheduled maintenance tasks.

Onboarding subcontractor technicians and maintenance of sub-supplier system profiles Supporting local functions in potential claims against sub-suppliers Forecasting of Vestas subcontractor requirements and associated hiring of subcontractor companies Compliance with local and national legislation HSE Case handling as well as dealing with NCRs that may be raised. About the qualifications and experience We believe that for you to be able to deliver and excel in your work, you should be able to identify yourself in the following:

Good IT skills in MS Office and preferable experience with Salesforce and SAP. Experience in a cross-functional, international setting and understanding of team dynamics. You possess extensive English skills both oral and written.
