Junior Controller

What you'll do as a junior controller : As a Junior Controller, you will work alongside experienced finance professionals and support the company's financial performance through a variety of responsibilities.

Analyse monthly financial results and investigate variances between actual performance, budgets and forecasts. Monitor production costs, operating expenses and profit margins to support effective cost control. Prepare financial reports and management dashboards to provide clear insights into business performance.

Support monthly closing activities and ensure the accuracy of financial information. Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with the finance and operations teams. Identify cost optimisation opportunities and investigate the financial drivers behind production performance.

Develop and improve Excel reports and financial analysis tools. Assist the Senior Controller with ad hoc analyses, reporting improvements and business projects. What we're Looking For as a Junior Controller :

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. A first professional experience in audit, financial controlling. A genuine interest in industrial controlling, cost accounting and financial performance analysis.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving. Good knowledge of Excel. Experience with SAP or another ERP system is an advantage.

The ability to communicate financial information clearly and collaborate with non-financial stakeholders. Professional proficiency in English, French and a good command of Dutch .
